AMBER WINE

A degree in History and French, a Francophile at heart and a love affair with all things Italian in my early 20s makes me think I was always destined to work in wine. Over a decade later, many countries crossed, winemakers met, grapes picked, wines made and thousands of wines tasted, I find myself back in London. Having recently left my role as the Wine Director of the NoMad Hotel, I am beginning my journey as a full-time wine consultant, writer and educator based between London and the Occitaine.

It is there and now here, that I get the chance to do my favourite work - connecting people to the far corners of the wine world, uncovering the hidden gems and inviting people into this wildly fun microcosm that is wine.

My wine journey has seen me working with Davies & Brook (1* Michelin | London), Leroy (1* Michelin | London), ONA Lisboa (Lisbon), Auberge de Chassignolles (Auvergne), Villa Lena (Tuscany), The Cube at d'Arenberg (McLaren Vale) & Shaw + Smith (Adelaide Hills), amongst others.
